Financials not ready? Talk to us

Before you start — one thing you have to fetch yourself

A Qayd template (.xlsm) downloaded from the Qayd portal with your company account. We can't fetch it for you, and the filled official form only happens with it: we fill your own template, stamped with your company identity from the portal, not a file we make up. It comes back with the same name, unrenamed. Without it we can't prepare your filing — download it before you start.

Where your time goes today

The Qayd form isn't one sheet: financial position, comprehensive income, cash flows, equity and disclosures — each filled by hand, cell by cell, from your audited statements. Then you press the validate button and the macro hands you a list of errors: a cell in the wrong place, a figure that doesn't tie across two sheets, a missing disclosure. So you go back, hunt, fix, and press again.

How long did your last set of financials take?

That is exactly the part we take off your hands: the copying, the filling and the round trips over errors. The accounting judgement stays yours.

The whole path — eight steps, and who does each one

We won't tell you it's three steps and let you discover ten. This is everything that happens from sign-up until the file lands.

  1. 1
Sign up with your phone numberYou

Full name, phone number, a password, and an email for contact. There is no email sign-up — you log in with your number.

  2. 2
    Confirm the verification codeYou

    It reaches you on WhatsApp.

  3. 3
    Add your companyYou

The name is enough; the company's commercial registration number and fiscal year end are optional.

  4. 4
    Create a Qayd filingYou

You pick the company and the fiscal year, from 2010 to 2026. Late years to catch up on? One filing each.

  5. 5
    Upload your documentsYou

The audited financial statements (PDF) and the Qayd form (.xlsm) — a slot for each, and neither slot accepts another format.

  6. 6
    Send for preparationYou

Uploads close here and your filing reaches us.

  7. 7
Press “Start preparation”Your button, our work

We don't start it without you. After that it continues in the background — you can close the page and come back.

  8. 8
    Review and deliveryOur accountant

He reviews the figures and disclosures and approves, and WhatsApp reaches you the moment it's ready. The file stays in your account to download whenever you want.

What we need from you, exactly

Required

  • The Qayd form (.xlsm) from the Qayd portal.
  • The audited financial statements (PDF) from your auditor — every figure is read from them.

If we ask you for something more

After our accountant reviews your filing, we may return it and ask you for a particular document by name — a trial balance, a general ledger, or a bank statement that explains a figure — and a slot opens then for you to upload it.

The limits

The statements slot accepts PDF only, and the Qayd form slot accepts .xlsm only. The slot for a document we ask for after the review accepts PDF, XLSX, XLSM, CSV, JPG, JPEG, PNG. Up to 25 MB per file, and 20 files per filing.

Two files, nothing else, and a filing does not move with either one missing. And if something is missing after the review, we'll ask you for it by name.

Quick questions

Do you submit the filing for me?
No. We prepare it, check it and review it; you upload it to the Qayd portal and confirm it with the Hawiyati app.
I don't have the Qayd form (.xlsm) — can I start?
You can sign up, add your company and upload your documents, but sending for preparation requires the form. Download it from the Qayd portal under your company's account and upload it with them.
How long does it take?
Automated preparation is usually 5 minutes and up to 8. After that comes a human review we make no time promise about — and WhatsApp reaches you the moment it's ready.
I have late years to file?
We support 2010 through 2026. Each year is its own filing per company.
Does every filing pass first time?
No. Automated preparation can stumble and you retry, and a red check stops the filing on purpose. The promise isn't that the machine never errs — it's that the error is caught before it reaches you.
My company is a shareholding company — does it work?
Our filler supports two layouts: WLL/SPC, and the shareholding company, and we detect your file's layout from the file itself. If your template differs, talk to us before you start.
I have more than one company?
You can add multiple companies under the same account, each with its own filings.
Do I need to close my books before uploading?
You need audited financial statements — every figure is read from them. And if your financials aren't ready at all — talk to us.
What exactly is the file that comes back?
The Qayd form (.xlsm) you uploaded, filled, under the same name.

One limit, said plainly

We do not guarantee the ministry will accept your filing, and we do not cover penalties — no one can guarantee that. Our checks run on the logical model while the ministry macro runs on the filled file; we have brought them as close as we can. Final responsibility for the accuracy of the data and for deadlines stays with you.
