About the service

“easy” is a managed service for preparing the Qayd (XBRL) financial disclosure file required by Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry. You upload your financial documents; our team prepares and verifies the official template file, and you receive it ready for submission.

Scope of the service — important

• easy is an independent service, not affiliated with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry or the official Qayd portal.
• The platform only prepares and verifies the file; official submission happens exclusively through the official Qayd portal (qayd.moci.gov.kw) using your own identity.
• Final responsibility for the accuracy of officially submitted data and for meeting legal deadlines rests with you.

Your account

Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for any activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Your obligations

You confirm that you are authorized to share the documents you upload, and that reviewing and approving the resulting draft before official submission is your responsibility (or your accountant's).

AI-assisted drafts

Fill-model drafts are generated with the help of a third-party AI provider and are subject to deterministic arithmetic checks and human review by our team. They nevertheless remain drafts for review, and we do not guarantee they are error-free before you review and approve them.

Fees

The service is free during 2026. Any future pricing will be announced in advance and will not apply retroactively.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for penalties or damages resulting from late or rejected official submissions, or from inaccurate data in your source documents. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with the date above updated; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
